1. Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle diensten, galerijen en aankopen via Your Pixel.
2. Fotosessies
De straatportretten worden vrijblijvend en kosteloos aangeboden.
Deelnemers zijn niet verplicht foto's aan te schaffen.
3. Persoonlijke galerijen
Na de fotosessie ontvangt de deelnemer een persoonlijke galerij.
Galerijen blijven maximaal 30 dagen beschikbaar.
Na deze periode kunnen foto's en galerijen worden verwijderd.
4. Downloads en producten
Na aankoop ontvangt de deelnemer toegang tot digitale downloads of andere bestelde producten.
5. Herroepingsrecht
Omdat digitale bestanden direct beschikbaar worden gesteld, vervalt het herroepingsrecht zodra de download is gestart.
6. Auteursrecht
Alle foto's blijven auteursrechtelijk eigendom van Your Pixel.
Aangeschafte foto's zijn uitsluitend bestemd voor persoonlijk gebruik, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.
7. Portfolio en social media
Foto's worden uitsluitend gebruikt voor portfolio, website of social media wanneer hiervoor toestemming is gegeven.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
Hoewel Your Pixel de website en galerijen met zorg beheert, kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend aan tijdelijke storingen, technische problemen of onjuiste informatie.

Street portraits are offered without obligation and free of charge.
Participants are not required to purchase photos.
3. Personal Galleries
After the photo session, the participant receives a personal gallery.
Galleries remain available for a maximum of 30 days.
After this period, photos and galleries may be deleted.
4. Downloads and Products
After purchase, the participant receives access to digital downloads or other ordered products.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Because digital files are made available immediately, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the download has started.
6. Copyright
All photos remain the copyright property of Your Pixel.
Purchased photos are intended exclusively for personal use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Portfolio and social media
Photos are used exclusively for portfolios, websites, or social media when permission has been granted.
8. Liability
Although Your Pixel manages the website and galleries with care, no rights can be derived from temporary malfunctions, technical problems, or incorrect information.
